Bio

Dr Brenda Namumba is an observational radio astronomer. Her interests include neutral hydrogen in nearby galaxies, galaxy formation, evolution, and star formation. In this pursuit, she uses SKA precursors and pathfinder radio interferometers such as KAT-7 and MeerKAT combined with other multi-wavelength observations. She is a member of two MeerKAT LSPs, MHONGOOSE and MIGHTEE-HI.
